Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • ● Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery for standard products.
  • ● Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Custom-made or bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • ● Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@ecoplasticgroup.co.uk.
  • ● Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • ● We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the issue.

3. How to Return Items

To initiate a return:

  • ● Once your return is approved, you will be given return instructions.
  • ● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

4. Refunds

  • ● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
  • ● Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you require an exchange for a different size, colour, or type of product:

  • ● Follow the same return process.
  • ● Once the return is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched.
  • ● Additional charges may apply depending on the item exchanged.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom-fabricated, cut-to-size, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • ● Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted.
