Welcome to Eco Plastic Group. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set out the terms under which you may purchase and use our products and services. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Ordering & Acceptance
- 1. Placing Orders: When you submit an Order, you are making an offer to buy the Products listed in your Order. We may accept or reject your offer. Acceptance occurs when we email you a confirmation of your Order.
- 2. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you if a product is not available or if any delivery delays occur.
- 3. Prices: Prices shown on the Site include UK VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place your Order.
3. Payment
- ● Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
- ● We accept credit/debit cards, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, bank transfer.
- ● All payments are processed through secure payment providers; we do not store your payment card details.
4. Delivery
- 1. Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location.
- 2. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- 3. Delivery Risk: Once the Products are delivered to your address, risk passes to you (you are responsible for them). Please inspect items upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- 1. Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for most goods purchased within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
- 2. Exclusions: Some products may be excluded from the right to cancel (e.g. custom or made-to-order items).
- 3. Returns Process: To return a product, please contact us at info@ecoplasticgroup.co.uk and follow the instructions. Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging.
- 4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. We aim to issue refunds within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
